Every week someone asks who is taking the kids.

Practices, classes, activities: whatever repeats every week ends up as a message thread nobody ever finishes reading. Here you can see at a glance who takes each child, who brings them back and how many seats are left.

And on Thursday someone is left not knowing who is picking them up.

Everyone has a lift there and back

There and back, separately
You can take them without bringing them back. The board never assumes that whoever drops off also picks up.
Seats count themselves
Children's seats, never the driver's. Nobody can be put in a full car by mistake.
Only your group sees it
The invited families and nobody else. No public phone numbers, no profiles of the children.

Works for any activity that repeats

  • Football
  • Basketball
  • Swimming
  • Dance
  • Music
  • Judo

  • School
  • Camps

You say which days and at what time, invite the families over WhatsApp, and each one adds their children and the days they usually drive. From then on, every session appears on the board with its cars.

Already have the rota in a spreadsheet? Upload it and we set it up for you: families, children, times and who drives each day.

How it works

You set it up once, at the start of the season. After that, every week, the board fills itself and you only look at what is missing.

  1. 1

    You create the group

You give it a name — the team, the class, the activity — and say which days it runs and at what time. That's all.

  2. 2

    You invite the families

You share a link over WhatsApp. Each family joins, adds their children and says how many spare seats they have and which days they usually drive.

  3. 3

    The board fills itself

Every session appears by itself with the cars of whoever usually drives that day. Whoever can't make it one week takes it off that journey, the gaps show straight away, and one tap shares the children out between the cars: who rides in each one and which seats are still free.

What people usually ask

Do we have to pay?

No. Creating a group, inviting the families and using the board is free, and no card is needed to start.

Does every family have to install something?

There is nothing to install. It opens in the phone's browser from the link you share over WhatsApp, and works the same on Android and iPhone.

What if my child isn't going one day?

You mark it and that's it: their seat goes back to the group so another family can use it, and whoever was driving that day sees it straight away instead of finding out at the door.

What if someone different drives every week?

That is exactly what it is made for. The trip there and the trip back are signed up for separately, so you can take them one day without committing to bringing them back.

Who can see my children's details?

Only the families in your group. There are no public profiles, no way to search for children and no phone numbers visible to anyone outside it.

Does Nos turnamos organise the transport?

No, and it is important to say so clearly. Who drives, in which car and with what insurance is agreed between you, the families, just as it is now. This only keeps track of what you have agreed.

Is it for anything other than sport?

It works for anything that repeats and that someone has to be taken to and brought back from: classes, languages, music, school itself or a week-long camp.

What if we already have a rota in Excel?

Upload it and we set it up for you: families, children, times and who drives each day. No need to type the whole season in again.

With your group's link, you're already in.
